At night, apply 1-2 pumps to cleansed skin. Follow with moisturizer.

For the first 1-2 weeks, use every other night to allow your skin time to acclimate, then use every night or alternate with an exfoliating serum if you are skin cycling. Since retinol increases your skin’s sensitivity to sunlight, always use a broad-spectrum SPF the following morning.
